BRENHAM, TX · KIDS & ADULTS · NOW ENROLLING FOUNDING MEMBERS

Be able to defend yourself, standing or on the ground.

Judo for the standing fight, Jiu-Jitsu for the ground, taught as one program from day one. Kids and adults, beginners first. Your first class is free.

MOST SCHOOLS TEACH HALF THE FIGHT.

01THE DIFFERENCE
STAND

WE BUILT THE SCHOOL AROUND BOTH.

Judo teaches you to stay on your feet, grip, and put someone who doesn't want to be moved on the floor. Jiu-Jitsu teaches you exactly what to do once you're there. Almost everywhere, those are two rooms, two memberships, two nights. Here they were built as one program from the first day the doors open.

THE STANDING GAME.

02PROGRAMS

BUILT FOR THE KID WHO NEEDS CONFIDENCE. AND THE ADULT WHO NEEDS A REASON.

Ages announced with the opening scheduleKIDS

CONFIDENCE YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PARKING LOT.

A purpose-built curriculum, not a shrunk-down adult class. Judo for balance, falling safely, and respect. Jiu-Jitsu for problem-solving under pressure. Bully-proofing without teaching your kid to throw a punch: they learn to stay safe, stay calm, and walk away.

  • Falling safely is the first thing we teach, before a single throw.
  • Parents can watch every class.
  • The kind of confidence that shows up at school.
Beginners train with beginners, on purposeADULTS

THE HARDEST HOUR OF YOUR WEEK, AND THE ONE YOU WON'T SKIP.

Beginner-first classes. You'll sweat, learn one throw and one ground position every session, and leave knowing exactly what to work on next. Any fitness level. Real self-defense that works where fights actually end up, and a room that remembers your name by week two.

  • Fitness with a point to it.
  • Beginners train with beginners, on purpose.
  • No cardio class disguised as martial arts.

What to bring: water and a t-shirt. We handle the rest.

03YOUR FIRST CLASS

Here is exactly what happens when you walk in.

ELAPSED

  1. 00:00

You walk in wearing gym clothes. A coach meets you at the door. You're never left standing around.

  2. 00:05

Your coach learns your name and why you came.

  3. 00:10

Warm-up at your pace. Nobody is timing you.

  4. 00:20

One throw and one ground position, broken into steps, drilled slow with a partner at your level.

  5. 00:40

Watch a round or join one. Your call, always.

  6. 00:55

Bow out. Decide nothing. No sales pitch at the door.

  • NO EXPERIENCE
  • NO GEAR
  • NO COST
  • NO SPARRING ON DAY ONE

Thirty days from now you'll know how to fall, throw, and escape.

04STRAIGHT ANSWERS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

  • 01

    I'M OUT OF SHAPE.

Everyone is, on day one. You won't be asked to keep up with anyone. You'll be asked to show up twice a week.

  • 02

    IS IT SAFE?

Falling safely is taught before throwing, and every class has a coach whose only job is watching the room.

  • 03

    WHAT'S IT COST?

Founding-member terms are announced to this list before anyone else. The free class costs nothing, ever.

  • 04

    I'M TOO OLD.

Judo and Jiu-Jitsu were built so the smaller, older, calmer person wins. That's the entire point.

  • 05

    I'LL LOOK STUPID.

Nobody here is ahead of you yet. That's the only time that will ever be true.

More questions

Do I need experience?

No. Most founding members have never trained a day in their lives.

What do I wear?

A t-shirt and athletic pants. No shoes on the mat. Gear comes later, and we'll talk you through it at your first visit.

How old do kids need to be?

Age groups are announced with the opening schedule. Message us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

Will I have to fight someone?

Not on day one, and never before you're ready.

Judo or Jiu-Jitsu, which should I pick?

Both. Judo is the feet, Jiu-Jitsu is the floor. Here you learn the whole fight.

Can parents watch?

Every class.

When do you open?

The opening date goes to the founding list first. Claim a free class and you'll hear it before anyone.

Is there a contract?

Your free class has no strings. Membership terms are announced with the opening schedule.
